A version of Buddy has been adapted and is working happily on the new site, but it's not up to release standard yet... if there's enough demand, however, I'll see if I can't make it into a proper Postnuke module.
On a separate note, why is the "official" phpBB 1.2 module such a mess? I've been working to get this up to spec. I've fixed the anonymous posting bug, and got the smilies system working properly (so the icons you specify in admin actually come out in people's posts). Plus the navigation is improved, with "next page" links, and the whole thing is tidier. Would people be interested in an unofficial (but much improved) version of this forum, perhaps with multilingual support, and how should I make it official?
