Images would have to be included as thumbnails with links to larger versions of the same image and possibly include some special table wrapper round the image to allow an image description to be included nicely (I have a screenshot if anyone is interested, and in an amusing quirk using such a system I could upload it and display it here if such a feature existed!).
I realise that the main problem with this is the layout problems including an image creates and the need for a sensible way to either generate a thumbnail or have it uploaded correctly.
If anyone has any suggestions or comments I would love to hear them. If no-one is interested in this I will probably try and build the functionality myself as I believe it is an almost essential feature.
