The only requirements are:
1) The theme must look Science Fiction / Fantasy /Medieval.
2) The style must be similar to the PostNuke theme (I really like the way the CSS works).
3)There must be space for a 150x150 logo in the top left of the theme.
Anyone that wishes to enter can design the themes and submit a
URL for viewing to me , or mail me the theme direct. If your theme is chosen you WILL receive the award for it.
